Pe baza episodului 4 , “ND5+ Value and principles of ingots selection”, unde explic importanta alegerii corecte a ingoturilor in functie de caz-culoare de bonturi-grosime-preparatie, voi exemplifica printr-un caz clinic fiecare ingot in parte si zirconiu oxid. Pentru obtinerea unor rezultate estetice in armonie cu lumina naturala si a unei relatii echilibrate intre luminozitate si culoare este foarte important sa facem o analiza a cazului protetic pe care urmeaza sa-l reabilitam.
Astfel ca, indiferent de culoarea si translucenta dorita, indiferent de grosimea structurii primare, in cazul diferitelor tipuri de preparatii sau indiferent ca intampinam problema profunzimii, transparentei sau dificultatii culorii in spatii minime, odata descifrati acesti parametri sa putem alege materialul corect si tehnica potrivita pentru restaurarea finala.
Asadar, este foarte important sa stim sa alegem si sa folosim ingoturi de opacitati si translucente diferite, gasind balansul ideal intre opacitate si luminozitate, chiar si in situatii coloristice dificile, in spatii minime sau echilibrarea straturilor de incizal si dentina, compensand prin structura, in cazul in care spatiul de care dispunem este ofertant.

Florin Stoboran (Romania)
Florin Stoboran graduated from the Dental Technician School in Oradea, Romania, in 1994. He continued his studies in ceramics and specialized in fixed prosthetics, esthetics and implantology. Since 1996, he has worked in his own laboratory in Oradea, where he specializes in esthetic dentistry and all-ceramic restorations. He also teaches courses on these topics at his Training Center for Esthetics. Florin Stoboran has collaborated with Ivoclar Vivadent AG since 2005. He is Ivoclar Vivadent’s opinion leader for Romania and takes part in the campaign “The world speaks e.max”. He has given lectures and conducted hands-on courses (with a focus on morphofunctional aspects, colour and texture as a whole) at national and international events such as Competence in Esthetics, Dental World, Dental Esthetic Marathon and The Days of Dental Technician. Moreover, he has contributed to numerous articles published in professional journals such as Dental dialogue (RO), Cosmetic dentistry (RO), Fogtechnika (HU), Quintessenz Zahntechnik (DE), Reflect (FL) and Focus (USA). Florin Stoboran has been the co-founder and vice president of the Dental Club Bihor since the beginning of 2011. In 2013, graduated VieSID - Vienna School of Interdisciplinary Dentistry.
